Our Story
Cover Care Agency was founded with a passion for providing high-quality home health care services to individuals with developmental disabilities such as Personal Support care, Respite care and Life skills development 1 companion care. Our founder, who has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, recognized the need for personalized, compassionate care that is tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
Our Services
Companion Care
Provides services and activities that connect the individual to the community. Which consists of supervision for social activities such as movies, community events, bowling etc. and non-medical care (to recipients 21 years or older).
Respite Care
Provides relief to the caregiver by assisting in maintaining a recipient's home and property as a clean and safe environment.
Personal support care
Provides care and assistance for the recipient in daily living activities such as getting dressed, bathing, personal care, and preparation of medications. This service is assigned to encourage community integration and to teach the recipient about home-related responsibilities.
